■ General Terms
By placing a commission, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms.Please note that the contents of the terms are subject to change without prior notice.While I strive to meet all deadlines, I may work on other projects such as fan art or portfolio videos during the commission period. Thank you for your understanding.■ Payment
Please note that prices may change in the future. However, for commissions that have already been accepted, the quoted price at the time of the order will apply. You can rest assured that prices will not change midway.As a general rule, full payment is required before work on the commission begins.■ Cancellation and Refunds
I reserve the right to cancel a commission in the following cases. Please note that in such cases, no refunds will be issued:・If any actions violate these terms
・If there is no response for more than two weeksYou may cancel your commission for personal reasons; however, the refund amount will vary depending on the progress of the work:・During rough sketch stage: 50% refund
・After the rough sketch is completed: Non-refundableIn the event of cancellation, all rights to the work will remain with the creator and will not be transferred.■ Revisions
There is no limit to the number of revision requests.However, major changes—such as altering the hairstyle or the character's pose—cannot be accepted once the clean-up or rigging process has begun. If such changes are needed, they may be treated as a new commission.Please note that the delivery schedule may be affected depending on the content and number of revisions. In such cases, I will consult with you in advance to make adjustments.To help the project proceed smoothly, I would greatly appreciate it if revision requests could be consolidated as much as possible. Thank you for your cooperation.■ Usage and Intellectual Property
The copyright of the work belongs to the creator (Likuo).The work may be used for portfolio or promotional purposes (e.g. websites, social media, etc.).The following actions are strictly prohibited:
・Use of the work for NFTs, AI-related projects, or any other unauthorized commercial use
・Reposting, redistributing, or claiming the work as your ownWhen using the work, please credit the creator (name or X account):

Commercial use is only permitted if you have ordered a plan that includes commercial rights. Approved uses include:・Vtuber activities, video content creation, and other commercial endeavors
・Edits such as color adjustments or cropping of the model or illustration
・Printing, merchandise production, and sales using the model or illustration (including online print services)
