By placing a commission, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms.

While I strive to meet all deadlines, I may work on other projects such as fan art or portfolio videos during the commission period. Thank you for your understanding.

Payments are accepted via PayPal.

Please note that prices may change in the future. However, for commissions that have already been accepted, the quoted price at the time of the order will apply. You can rest assured that prices will not change midway.

As a general rule, full payment is required before work on the commission begins.

I reserve the right to cancel a commission in the following cases. Please note that in such cases, no refunds will be issued:

If any actions violate these terms

If there is no response for more than two weeks

You may cancel your commission for personal reasons; however, the refund amount will vary depending on the progress of the work:

During rough sketch stage: 50% refund

After the rough sketch is completed: Non-refundable

In the event of cancellation, all rights to the work will remain with the creator and will not be transferred.

The basic plan includes up to 3 revisions at no additional cost:

Art stage: up to 2 revisions

Rigging stage: up to 1 revision

The basic plan includes up to 1 revision at no additional cost.

Additional revisions can be requested using the "Unlimited Revision Ticket" option.

Please note that this ticket applies only to adjustments within the current stage and cannot be used to reverse the production process (e.g., requesting art changes after the rigging stage has begun).

Major changes after the final draft or after entering the rigging stage (e.g., hairstyle or pose changes) cannot be accommodated. Significant changes may require a new project.

Depending on the content and number of revisions, the delivery schedule may be affected. In such cases, we will coordinate with you in advance to adjust the schedule.

To ensure smooth production, please provide revision requests in a consolidated manner whenever possible.

The copyright of the work belongs to the creator (Likuo).

The work may be used for portfolio or promotional purposes (e.g. websites, social media, etc.).

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

Use of the work for NFTs, AI-related projects, or any other unauthorized commercial use

Reposting, redistributing, or claiming the work as your own

When using the work, please credit the creator (name or X account):

Commercial use is only permitted if you have ordered a plan that includes commercial rights. Approved uses include:

Vtuber activities, video content creation, and other commercial endeavors

Edits such as color adjustments or cropping of the model or illustration

Printing, merchandise production, and sales using the model or illustration (including online print services)

Commissioning other creators to create derivative content (such as illustrations or videos) using the model or illustration
